Not able to Login into Workspace

We are using Hyperion 11.1.1.3. When i try to login into the workspace, i am getting the below error.

Check the Below Logs and what info is being Captured.

$HYPERION_HOME/logs/workspace/servlets_backupMessages.log


In httpd.conf setting in $HYPERION_HOME/common/httpServers/Apache/2.0.52/conf

This should be set to at least 80 seconds. 


The recommended setting for Java Heap size for Reporting and Analysis is 1024MB. By default, Xms is set to 128, and Xmx is set to 750. This setting can be set in,
$HYPERION_HOME/deployments/WebSphere6/bin/setCustomParamsSharedServices9.sh and
$HYPERION_HOME/deployments/WebSphere6/bin/setCustomParamsWorkspace.sh
